Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer at this time exchange or refund on alligator produts. No return will be accepted. We suggest that you ask as many questions as you want before you order and we will answer within 48 hours. Items are guaranteed against any defect. They are carefully checked before they leave our warehouse but should it happen that an item is defective, we will replace it at no cost.  Shipping fees are calculated automatically at the end of your order before you proceed with the payment.  We do not ship to US P.O. Boxes but we do ship to Canadian P.O. boxes

Types of payment:

WIRE Bank to Bank fund transfer - Email for the bank routing numbers - This will guarantee you the fastest delivery

PAYPAL  Verified member - Shipping to a confirmed address - US residents only. Canadian residents verified, please email first to see if we can process your order through Paypal

CREDIT CARDS Amex, Visa, Master Card. Delivery to the address of the card.

Money orders: USPS International Money orders - The orange one (Delivery after bank clears the money order) - US Residents / Postal Canadian money order, Canadian residents.

Customs:

Canada / USA no customs fees. Items are shipped from USA to US customers and from Canada to Canadian customers.

Other countries, check with your local authorities for fees or email. We will do our best to find a solution.
