Where do you ship?

We ship all over the world except Africa, Romania, Russia and Indonesia.

How much does it cost for shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated at the end of the order just before you enter your credit card information. It is calculated according to the weight of the package and to the destination.

How long does it take before I receive my item?

Items are usually shipped after payment is received and you can choose the type of delivery you wish to have. For shoes and Lingerie delivery is within 8 weeks.

Will I be charged in Canadian or in US dollars ?

Since we are located in Canada, all transactions are charged in Canadian dollars. If you choose the US currency when you order, we will use the Royal Bank of Canada exchange rate of the day of your order to convert the total in Canadian dollars. 

What is your return policy?

Due to customs issues, we do not accept exchange or refund. All sales are final.

Do you accept money orders and check?

At this time, we accept Visa, Amex, Master Card, Paypal, International money order and Wires but no personal checks.

Do you ship to Africa?

In no case, we accept to ship to Africa
